Luminello is excited to announce our newest features and updates. We’ve primarily been focusing on our most requested feature ever, building group practices, but we’ve also included two enhancements that will increase speed and usability for solo practitioners. Finally, we’ve been ramping up efforts to bring you additional resources from us and our trusted partners.

All subscribers
Roster Updates
Updating each chart in your roster individually can be painful. Now, you no longer need to individually update chart status, archive charts, or adjust the branch of a chart; you can simply select all or multiple charts with just a few clicks.

New shorter SOAP note template: We’ve created an additional template, which is a shortened version of our initial one, to save you some documentation time.
No Surprises Act Template

Branches
Branches remain unchanged for premium-plan subscribers, however, free plans are now limited to a single branch. For those who are on a free plan but already have multiple branches, these branches remain unchanged; however, you will no longer be able to add more branches.
Sales Tax
Because of the South Dakota vs. Wayfair Inc. Supreme Court decision, each state is enacting regulations governing which services qualify for taxation and when. In order to comply, Luminello will begin collecting and remitting sales tax, or send you use-tax notifications, where required by law. If you are exempt from sales tax, please email us at [email protected] to provide us with a valid sales tax exemption certificate.
Premium-plan clinicians
Group Practice Functionality
Luminello group practice functionality has been developed to allow two or more non-grandfathered premium-plan subscribers to use Luminello under a single account, and is now available in beta. Chart sharing, visibility into colleagues’ schedules, e-prescribing cross-coverage, and access based on various levels of roles are currently available.
Coming soon are the owner-level calendar, group profile, and advanced financial reporting.
