Why We Don't Offer Phone Support

We provide unlimited support via this contact form and email for all of our customers and inquiries, and do our best to respond to every email within just a few hours, and at most one business day. We never outsource our support, so you can rest assured that your email will be answered by one of our friendly, responsive support team members, every time.

Keeping support online allows us to keep our pricing low while maintaining a feature-rich and ever-improving product with amazing support. By focusing on online support efforts, we can scale our support and dedicate resources to continually improve and innovate.

Plus, we’ve found that online support lets us provide a great experience for our product. Thanks to having online support, we’re able to automatically gather technical info for research and troubleshooting purposes. It also allows us to link to (and rapidly improve) our online articles and resources, screenshots, and videos, so you can get the most out of Luminello.

How to take a screenshot

Taking a screenshot of your screen is super helpful when you contact our Support Team.  If you’re in need of support, it makes things a whole lot easier if we can see the same issue you see.

Here’s how you can take a screenshot to send to us:

Mac OS X

Taking the Screenshot

  1. Hold down the “Command” and “Shift” keys, then press the number “4” key.
  2. Your cursor will become a crosshair icon.
  3. Drag around the portion of the screen you want to send and release.

Sending the Screenshot

  1. The screenshot file should automatically save to your desktop.
  2. Attach the file to this form or your email and send!


Taking the Screenshot

  1. Press the “PrtScn” key.
  2. Open the “Paint” application.
  3. Hold down the “Ctrl” key and press the “V” key to paste the screenshot.
  4. Save the file to your desktop.

Sending the Screenshot

  1. The screenshot file should be saved on your desktop.
  2. Attach the file to this form or your email and send!
