Notes per month

  • Includes all note types (free text, intake, SOAP, vitals, rating scale, and lab notes) for all charts. For example, you could write 1 note for 30 patients/clients, 2 notes for 15 patients/clients, etc.
  • For plans with a note limitation, you can upgrade once you hit the limit, or wait for the next billing period to begin (for annual plan users, you can wait until the date of your sign-up in the next month).
