Contact Us

All support and sales questions submitted through this contact form or via email are handled within 24 hours (why no phone?). We’re online and ready to help Monday-Friday 7am-6pm PST and periodically throughout weekends.

Why We Don’t Have Phone Support

We provide unlimited support via this contact form and email for all of our customers and inquiries, and do our best to respond to every email within just a few hours, not days. We never outsource our support, so you can rest assured that your email will be answered by one of our friendly, responsive support team members, every time.

We’re available Monday-Friday 7am-6pm PST and periodically throughout weekends.

Why do we limit support to online communication?

Keeping support online allows us to keep our pricing low while maintaining a feature-rich and ever-improving product with amazing support. By focusing on online support efforts, we can scale our support and dedicate resources to continually improve and innovate.

Plus, we’ve found that online support lets us provide a great experience for our product. Thanks to having online support, we’re able to automatically gather technical info for research and troubleshooting purposes. It also allows us to link to (and rapidly improve) our online articles and resources, screenshots, and videos, so you can get the most out of Luminello.

In short, we may not be available by phone, but we’re ready and waiting for your contact form message or email.
